Triple H focused on WWE Talent Re- Development

At yesterday's shareholders meeting Triple H was introduced as "Senior Adviser of the Chairman's Office" Vince McMahon stated that Triple H would be the leader of WWE's new talent initiative and that the new focus would be to bring in new international stars. Now I know that some people are mad that Triple H has this job that is a crucial role in the product of WWE as a whole but if you look at what he's done so far with the outstanding promos of Kharma aka Awesome Kong who is a big force in Japanese female wrestling and Indy female wrestling such as Shimmer. Everyone is awaiting her arrival and that is always good create a buzz for someone's debut. He also contributing to the great debut and overall look and character of Sin Cara. So maybe HHH having that role in the company and the fact that he was a wrestler can help to bring some excitement to the WWE.

Serena's TNA Tryout Pics!!!

Tna Wrestling News!!!

Scott Steiner Returning to TNA
Scott Steiner was featured on this weeks edition of Monday Night Mayhem, in his interview he expressed his feelings on his eleven month absence by saying that he didn't know why he left and it wasn't his decision. Also that TNA wants to bring him back for the ratings. I myself feel that Mr. Steiner is correct TNA only cares about ratings not good material or building up younger talent so yes Big Poppa Pump will be back.

Serena Tries out for TNA
Former WWE wrestler Serena Deeb Tries out for TNA. Photos have been leak. Hope to have that on this site soon!!!

Kurt Angle returning to the Olympics?
Kurt Angle was recently interviewed and he stated his great interest in wanting to try out for the 2012 Olympics games in London, England. Kurt also stated that being 40 is not old it's the new young. I don't know Kurt if you will make it through the Olympics but I will definitely be watching.

Wrestling Promo of the Day

Great Promo for Match between Jon Moxley vs Austin Aries!!

Heat on a WWE Agent for Cole vs Jerry Lawler

Apparently there is some heat on WWE Agent Dean Malenko on the Cole/Lawler match at Wrestlemania 27. Some people felt that Cole being in control of the match for a long time took too long and screwed up the match. In my opinion every fan already knew that match was going to suck so nobody was really let down. That match gave me time to get some snacks and take a bathroom break like most people did.

There was also a let down feeling backstage as well about the Cena/Miz match with the double countout and restart although approved by Vince Mcmahon it was alot of second guessing going on. Maybe because that was the worst outcome possibly umm yea it was stupid and weird for a Wrestlemania match let alone a Heavyweight Title match.

WWE without the Wrestling?

In the past few years WWE has made it very clear that they want to separate themselves from being known as an Wrestling Organization. They have officially made it so that Wrestling will not be associated with the WWE, only calling the wrestlers "Superstars" and only wanting to be called WWE not  World Wrestling Entertainment. This is not surprising to me because WWE has always wanted to be seen as an "Entertainment" not Wrestling, Since the golden age in the 80's but have they truly turned their backs on the core fans who are not ashamed of being wrestling fans? Are they making this shift to be accepted more by the mainstream media? I let you decide...

Wrestlemania Matches Promo

Wrestlemania Press Conference

On Wednesday WWE held a press conference for Wrestlemania in Times Square. The Superstars in attendance were John Cena,The Miz,Alberto Del Rio,Edge,Stephanie McMahon and The Rock. This press conference is the last chance for wrestlers to truly deliver speeches that would tell their objectives for Wrestlemania. In these speeches one key element ruined the driven, passionate words of the wrestlers and this element was the fans. While trying to truly absorb what many wrestlers are saying and delivering to the media in attendance the constant cat calls, you suck chants and boos for five minutes straight definately became a nuisance. However with all that being eliminated I believe that the Miz delivered the best speech. He took the fans boos and chants and threw it in their faces. He is constantly proving why he is the champ, he didn't sweat that he was in front of a New York crowd that can be very unpredictable. In this press conferences it was very clear that StephanieMcMahon is in charge of WWE and will change alot of things in the company and will be in the forefront. This move is groundbreaking to see a woman in charge of a wrestling company in the very near future. To move on from Stephanie, Smackdown took over the press conference with Del Rio and Edge. They had the raw, electric excitement that you look for in a Wrestlemania conference and that really helped to build up there match in my eyes. The Rock who of course everyone was waiting for really didn't deliver a great speech to me. All of it wasn't his fault the fans continued to cut him off and he had to pause several time and even told them they had to be quiet to hear what he had to say. Hopefully The Rock will bring it Tomorrow. The best part to me was the booing of reality star Snooki. She needs to know that true wrestling fans see it as a slap in the face that she is in a wrestling match at the most anticipated pay per view and she's done nothing. Overall the press conference was a success and I'm looking forward to Wrestlemania!!

What is the future of the WWE after Wrestlemania?

With Wrestlemania 27 coming up on Sunday a question that many fans are asking is when all the smoke and lights have cleared what will WWE be left with. This Wrestlemania has crammed in so many retired and semi-retired "Attitude Era" Superstars that it has truly put the current young stars on the back burner. WWE still has not modified the company to compliment the wrestlers they have now so to me there is some doubt in my mind that the company will capitalize on their popularity of this star studded Wrestlemania. Sure they have debuts that fans (including me) are looking forward to like Sin Cara and Kong but if they only give them a good buildup for a few weeks and cast them aside then it's useless. This up incoming year WWE should really focus more on the building of the young talent. Despite what some fans think they actually have wrestlers who can be the future of the company. John Morrison has proven on many 2010 and 2011 pay per views that he is  main event  material and why he hasn't been in the spot light on Raw is probably due to backstage politics. I know he isn't amazing on the mic but it has been done before where magically a wrestler who isn't  great on the stick has just gone out and had amazing matches and says very few words or who gets a manager who has the gift of gab. Either scenario will do just put Morrison in the main event spot. On the Smackdown front Dolph Ziggler to me should be the face of Smackdown . He took his self to another level in many peoples eyes in his Royal Rumble match with Edge for the Heavyweight title and also brought back fans to actually pick up the remote and tune into Smackdown. Ziggler is a charismatic, versatile wrestler and to top it off he has Vickie Guerrero as a manager who has gotten more heat than alot of guys in the past few years. Whether you like her or not she is getting a massive reaction from the fans whether it be cheers or boos and that is what wrestling is all about. The women's division needs to be reconstructed. They have some divas on the roster that could actually have great matches but they have been taken off T.V. Natalya, Beth Phoenix,Melina, Tamina (who would single handedly revive the women's division on Raw) and soon Kong if they played their cards right could have an epic rivalry with Beth Pheonix and dare I say main event a pay per view like Summerslam. The last but most important change is to get rid of the creative writers. There needs to be a sense of spontaneity again in wrestling. Let's face it the mic skills that The Rock, Stone Cold or The Undertaker  had during the Attitude Era is not really there now that so why not push the papers aside and let the wrestlers become creative again. The wrestlers can't truly make a character if every single movement and word that comes out of their mouths are dictated by someone who isn't a wrestler and doesn't have a clue about the raw energy of being in front of a live crowd. As I don't know the future of the WWE I will definitely
be watching to see what follows Wrestlemania 27 history be made.
