Rosa Mendes talk trash about Rookie Smackdown Divas

Last Night Smackdown Diva Rosa Mendes went of on a twitter frenzy discussing the new"rookie" divas on the Smackdown roster. Here is what Rosa Mendes had to say:
"But what one thing I don’t miss is looking at rookies that call themselves divas when they can’t get a hold of some proactive to clear their awful skin up, and start dressing like actual Divas instead of shopping at consignment stores in the kid section. You want to be a Diva? Look like one AJ. You look like a cashier that works at my local grocery store. Why you are on the roster boggles my mind!!!!!!!! Can’t wait to get back in the ring and actually have a worthy opponent!"

Then she went on to say:
Awwwww u guys are mad @ me. You love AJ because she looks ordinary just like you. Divas are not suppose to look ordinary.
This is what you call a Diva! Rookieeees???? Pleeeeeeeease. Hahaha.
If i’m making people upset, I don’t really care. I’m sick of seeing the Divas division ruined by these rookies. Sexy, smart, powerful!
Stay in FCW and stop shopping at Target chicas!
One rookie looks 12 with a crater face, one looks like she is 40 and the other one looks like she needs to go on Jenny Craig. You know who you are! Lol
She responded to a tweet from Diva Dirt saying:
something happened, if you knew you would understand. Don’t stop loving me:) Rosa Mendes doesn’t go on a rant for no reason.

Okay now that you know exactly what she said let me weigh in on my opinion of this rant she went on. First I just have to say that whether Rosa is trying to get a storyline off of this or she's just pissed of at the fact that she really hasn't been on Smackdown for a while it doesn't really matter either way  to be honest Rosa Mendes has never made in impact in WWE.She is just a pretty face that got lucky and now that DOD aka Beth Phoenix and Natalya have declared war on all the Divas Rosa really doesn't have a spot on Smackdown anymore. No offense to Rosa but she is better off just being a model and not trying to put down "Rookie" Divas that in my opinion came in the right way. Which is that they actually went to wrestling school and they actually learned the ends and outs of being in the ring. They're not worrying about how expensive they're clothes are, they're worrying about getting better in the ring. Now I'm pretty sure that Rosa is probably doing this to get attention to get on Smackdown and have a storyline but in my opinion no one cares if you are on Smackdown or not.

WWE released Kevin Nash

It has been stated on WWE.com that Kevin Nash has been "released" from WWE and of course that they wish him the best in his future endeavors. Idk but this kind of seems fishy to me. Why would release Kevin Nash when he's in a such a good storyline with CM Punk and Triple H? And before the Night of Champions PPV? I think this is just a work because on Raw this monday Triple H fired Nash and I think they really want this storyline to seem legit. Either way i guess fans will just have to tune in to Raw to see what happens...

*There is a new indie documentary that is out now entitled
"Pro wrestler". It focuses on five different men in diferrent points in their lives and careers. You can purchase it at
http://prowrestler.kjthunderball.com/ Check out the trailer

*John Morrison just can't hold his feelings in about work because once again he has posted something up on Twitter. He took a jab at the creative team stating:
“At work sometimes I say stuff like ‘that makes sense’ or ‘Great idea!’” He followed it up by saying “WhiteLies.” So basically he's saying that he lies about liking the ideas that the creative team gives him but to be honest he doesn't really seem like he can give any good ideas since he's not that good on the mic,so just suck it up and show us what you got in the ring.

*Last Night it was being promoted that The Rock is coming back to the WWE at Survivor Series and he will be in a match. Obviously this is no surprise because it was confirmed by Vince McMahon a month ago,but what will The Rock's impact be for that PPV considering that CM Punk is the only superstar the fans really wants to see. During the absence of The Rock CM Punk has been doing a good job of making it clear that the "Attitude Era" is gone and that WWE superstars of the past like The Rock aren't in touch anymore with this generations fans or wrestling style now. I'm pretty sure that The Rock will have a confortation with Cena but there is no way that there won't be a face off  between him and CM Punk. I mean CM Punk has been quiet candid in his thoughts about that The Rock and how he feels that Dwayne as Punk calls him, took the credit for making Wrestlemania successful but didn't really do anything entertaining. All I can say is I can't wait for Survivor Series!

WWE is pushing forward with plans to create a WWE branded cable network. It was announced last night during Raw that the network would broadcast not only classic matches and programming from the past but also non-wrestling shows that would feature WWE stars in the films. The network will debut sometime in 2012..

Kurt Angle talks about his DUI Charge

Over the past week it was been stated that Kurt Angle was arrested for a DUI charge in Virginia by TMZ and now his written statement is available for everyone to see.For all my blog readers this is Kurt Angle's words on his DUI arrest:
"Recently, there has been a lot of attention related to the incident which occurred Saturday night in Virginia. I was returning from an iMPACT Wrestling show in an unfamiliar place, late at night and was trying to find the exit for my hotel.

I did not believe my driving behavior was reckless or otherwise improper. Apparently law enforcement may have believed otherwise and pulled me over.

I fully cooperated with the officer who clearly recognized me while performing his standard procedures. Subsequent to the stop, I was asked to submit to a breathalyzer test and passed.

I do not believe that I broke any laws and will be entering a plea of not guilty in response to any pending charges. I hope that we can now focus on more important matters and move forward."

Angle's attorneys, C. Todd Gilbert and Frank Smith, also had the following to say:

"Our client's blood alcohol level was negligible and was well below the legal limit in Virginia. We will wait to see if the state even wants to go forward in light of this evidence."

From Matt Hardy's drama with the law and his weird behavior on Youtube and now Kurt Angle's legal mess I'm pretty sure that TNA seriously needs to pull of something good on their show to take the fans attention of these stories. However, knowing TNA the backstage news will continue to be better than iMPACT!!

So if you want three hours of entertaining conversation on what happened backstage during the start of the Attitude Era then buy this DVD.

Recent Wrestling News

*Triple H's announcement that Raw and Smackdown superstars will be on Raw together permanently  is major move. It means that now some wrestlers that haven't had the honor of stepping in the ring together because they were on different shows is now going to happen. It could also have a bad thing because if they are combining the rosters then some superstars may not be seen on t.v. as much, and may lose their spot. Whether this is a good thing or bad thing will all be told in the near future.

*Kevin Nash will not be facing CM PUNK at Night of Championships because apparently Kevin Nash had a physical done in Pittsburgh recently and something happened in that physical to make the company decide that he shouldn't be in the ring with PUNK. I think it is pretty much safe to say that everyone who watched Raw last night knew that the announcement of Triple facing CM Punk instead of Nash was definitely a last minute decision and that many people were left disappointed. So if they are smart the company will need to keep Nash included in this storyline and in the match in some way.

*Alberto Del Rio was absent from Raw because the word is that his visa paperwork is not done yet, so he can't live the country. He will not be able to face Sin Cara for the live Smackdown supershow special tonight and the video package that was supposed to air on Raw was held back until it is cleared that Del Rio can return to America.

Ex WWE Diva Returning to the Ring

Former WWE Diva Ashley Massaro has stated on twitter that she will be returning to the ring training full time to wrestle again. She stated that she doesn't want her return to wrestling to be like it was in WWE, when she was learning to wrestle match per match. Ashley is now apart of WILD wrestling. It was confirmed last night from the owner of WILD wrestling that Ashley will be apart of that organization but will not be in any matches right away. So as far as any matches from Ashley in the present tense it will not be occurring. I know that alot of people have opinions on Ashley returning to wrestling. Some fans like it while some others see her as another stupid diva. Since this is my blog I will state my opinion. Just like many fans of wrestling I'm not gonna lie I did despise the Diva Search and found it to be ridiculous to put models who didn't know anything about wrestling on a wrestling program and compete against phenomenal wrestling like Victoria, Ivory, etc. I did feel like it was a slap in the face to many indy female wrestlers who tried for years to get in the WWE and had to see girls compete in a competition and win just because they were pretty. However when you see a person says that they want to seek out training and want to actually become fluent and agile in the ring and won't wrestle again until they are told that they are good enough to have a match in the squared circle then I'm sorry I can't hate on that. I also agree with Ashley when she stated that during her three years in theWWE she wanted to learn how to wrestle, but they only taught them enough to do a three minute match so yeah is going to look horrible and have many botches if you learn in that fashion. To me Ashley was the only one to me from the diva search that seemed like she actually wanted to be a wrestler and not just eye candy. Now let me state once again that this is my opinion so if you don't agree, please feel free to tell me your opinion!!

Recent Wrestling News

* In a recent interview with the Chicago Sun CM Punk was asked how he felt about Kevin Nash calling him a short order cook at the Waffle House on Raw a week ago. CM Punk responded by saying that he feels that Kevin Nash is "out of touch". CM Punk did not elaborate or his statement but I think that we clearly get what he meant and the comment might start some backstage heat between the two.

*Bret Hart  will be the GM for this weeks Smackdown which was taped in Calgary Alberta, Canada on Tuesday. In a interview for WWE.com Bret commented on the role that his niece Natalya has in the women's division stating that her and Beth Phoenix are a powerful combination and that it is in Natalya's genetics to be a great tag team wrestler. He also believes that if there is anyone that can take it to Mark Henry it is "The Celtic Warrior" Sheamus. Hart feels that not only is Sheamus a big guy but he is a hard worker and very agile and athletic. Smackdown is looking to be a great show on Friday so I'll definitely will be watching. Tune in to Smackdown this Friday at 8pm on SyFy to see Bret Hart take over Smackdown!!

Matt Hardy has been taken to the ER

Recently released  TNA star Matt Hardy was rushed to the hospital in North Carolina this morning after falling down in his home. People close to him say that he hasn't been feeling well but it has not been said what is exactly wrong with him. It has been a rough month for Hardy from getting a DWI last weekend and being fired from TNA as well. Despite any feelings that anyone has towards Hardy I know that everyone is hoping that he is okay.

Melina vs Serena Deeb WSU Wrestling November Pay Per View Tix on Sale

Probably the most anticipated pay per view coming up in the next few months is the Breaking Barriers 2 pay per view. WSU has been making quite an impact in women's wrestling for awhile now with their athletic and talented wrestlers and also making women that are fans feel that women's wrestling can be taken seriously and can have their own promotion. With WSU's November 19th event ex WWE diva Melina will have to prove her skills in the ring with female wrestlers not WWE divas. When she faces Serena Deeb who also had a stint in the WWE as a part of the straight edge society with CM Punk.  Serena is definitely a force to be reckoned with and does have a strong fan base on the indy scene and most indy fans don't necessarily like the WWE branded wrestlers so Melina will have to bring her A game. With that being said Breaking Barriers 2 will be held at The Ace Arena in Union City,NJ and will have a Meet and Greet 4:00pm-6:00pm. If you won't be in the area be sure to order the ippv  on GoFightLive.TV. I most admit I am looking forward to this event ex WWE Diva vs Indy Queen who will win?

Recent Wrestling News

*During an investors conference call Vince McMahon noted that The Rock has had a huge impact on the purchasing of Wrestlemania 28 packages which has sold out within 2 days. McMahon also noted that The Rock will be appearing at "multiple pay-per-view events" aside from Wrestlemania.

*Colt Cabana discussed on his podcast "The Art of Wrestling" that he had a dark match on Smackdown last week and that he enjoyed being backstage and seeing some of his friends and that even if he doesn't get asked to join the Smackdown roster he still would enjoy his career as it is now but would never say that WWE wouldn't be an option for him.

*Eric Bischoff recently  discussed in an interview that although he is not a big fan of Triple H, he thinks that it is a good idea to have him on camera acting as the Chairman Operating Officer  of WWE and calling the shots. He stated that he believes that McMahon was smart enough to know there wasn't really anything that he could do with his character of the evil Chairman of the WWE (circa 1998) and that Vince knew that he had to do something new and put someone else in that role. I believe this is one of the few times that I agree with Eric Bischoff.

*John Morrison may be getting more heat backstage for bringing Melina to shows last weekend. As we all know Melina was recently let go from WWE so this probably didn't go well with the WWE office. There has also been rumors that Melina was told that she could not come to any more shows.

* Paul Bearer has a new shoot interview coming out. Check out The Wrestling Dish later for the preview for the shoot.

Tna captalizing on CM Punk

While browsing through my twitter page and looking up on some updates earlier I stumbled upon the fact that TNA on Demand tweeted that they are having a CM Punk Superstar Series on their site. It will feature nearly three hours of the early years of CM Punk with TNA. As this isn't surprising to me that TNA would try to make money off of something or someone popular in another company it just boggled me that TNA could feel an anyway that they had something to do with CM Punk's success. They didn't know what they had in him then and wouldn't know how to market him anyway. If anyway was going to take so credit for making CM Punk known in wrestling it should be ROH in my opinion. But what do I know I'm just one blogger. TNA has sunk down to a lower low and can't see that their show is so horrible that they have to make money off someone that's not even in their company anymore.. So SAD :(

The CM Punk take over

With no surprise to anyone CM Punk opened up Monday Night Raw with his new theme song "Cult of personality" by Living Colour. The song is kind of mirroring his life because Punk might be starting his own cult of fans. Fans that have been unheard and ignored in the WWE for quite a few years.Fans that need to feel that the promos and statements from wrestlers is actually true. That every word that comes out of their mouths isn't all scripted, but that some bit of it is actually coming from the heart and passion of the wrestler. When CM Punk made his Epic "shoot" promo,it finally put someone on television who actually sounded like they weren't happy with the stagnant position that WWE has been in. Which consisted of jacked, beefy wrestlers who seemed like they don't have any brains or passion for the business and can't wrestle to save their lives. Who got their money and ran. CM Punk bought back the voice that was much needed. Even though what is coming out of his mouth isn't a complete "shoot", it's based off of real feelings that WWE isn't promoting real wrestling anymore. He wants to blur the lines on what is his real feelings and what is a work. These tactics are proving to be successful because of the unpredictable rants of Mr. Punk. When someone is giving you most see T.V. moments and you don't know at what point of the show that he will release this moments, it keeps you on the edge of your seat and who could ask for more? I predict that Wrestlemania 28 will be CM Punk's for the taking. The Rock/Cena match may be pushed down to the match before the main event. The flag of CM Punk's war on WWE corporate has been planted. Now the only question is will WWE let this angle become epic?

CM Punk discusses his "Shoot" Promo

In light of CM Punk returning back to Raw last Monday( p.s. I think he came back way to fast)and Triple H having to make a decision as to who is the real WWE Heavyweight Champ, I thought it would be refreshing to all the CM Punk fans to see what he had to say about his "Shoot" promo from a few weeks ago on Raw. So let's hope tonight that CM Punk will be the one to continue to make this CM Punk against WWE angle work. He has been carrying the torch so far with making Raw watchable again so please make my night CM Punk. Without further talking enjoy the except for this recent CM Punk interview...

Tna star suffering a injured neck

TNA wrestler Jesse Neal is currently battling a neck injury and may have suffered a concussion during the Sacrifice pay per view event. A recent MRI showed that Neal has a bulged disk as a result of being drilled into the mat at the pay per view. He was seen backstage for the Impact taping and sources say that he really couldn't move his neck and looked 'loopy'. All I can say from this is that I hope that he gets better, however this concussion is said to have resulted from Hernandez doing a really risky move. This hasn't been the first time that Hernandez has hurt someone a few years ago he seriously hurt Gail Kim by doing the border toss on her. He should be careful he doesn't want to become known as a wrestler that doesn't know how to protect his fellow wrestler.

Impact Wrestling's Wrestling Matters Promos

Okay in case you have been living under a rock you know that there has been talks of TNA wanting to
change their name to show that their organization is all about Real Wrestling. And also WWE has been making it very clear that they are entertainment not a wrestling company so TNA has definitely capitalized on that and has taken time to make videos to make it clear that they are not entertainment they are wrestling and will continue to be. So without further a due check out a few videos from Impact aka Tna  Wrestling stars explaining why Wrestling matters!!!

Chyna Debuts in Tna... Really!!

Last night at TNA's Impact taping former WWE Wrestler and  only female Intercontinental Champion debuted as Kurt Angle's love interest and his mystery partner for their mix tag team match against Jeff and Karen Jarrett at Sacrifice on May 15th. As we all know Chyna hasn't been on a televised wrestling show since 2001 in the WWE after she left because of a contract dispute. Her last match was in 2002 in Japan for the New Japan Pro Wrestling promotion. After that her career and life has spiraled  down from addictions to different medications to bad reality shows and even a porn flick. She was set to debut in TNA in 2006 but due to catching pneumonia she couldn't compete. Hopefully all the drama and addiction problems are behind her and she can be the Chyna that we are use to and add some spice to the TNA Knockouts division considering the fact the that's only thing that's watchable in TNA. Only time will tell what Chyna will contribute to TNA but one things for sure I will be watching IMPACT tomorrow night!!!

Jim Ross comments on Various Topics from Extreme Rules PPV
Jim Ross comments on Christian Becoming World Heavyweight Champion: "Really happy for Christian's success winning a World Heavyweight Title. Christian was 'due' and is one of the more underrated performers in WWE and has been for a good while."

R-Truth's Appearance: "R-Truth has to distinguish himself and had an impactful cameo at Extreme Rules. Again the key issue here is for Truth to continue to take advantage of the moment. The door is open, so to speak, and hopefully Truth will walk through it to the next level.

Debut of Kharma: Enjoyed Kharma's debut at Extreme Rules. She can potentially be a huge attraction for WWE. She's different and special. Curious to see where she goes from here. I personally expect great things from her.

More on Michelle McCool's Departure from WWE..

Kharma aka Awesome Kong debuts at WWE Extreme Rules

WWE Extreme Rules PPV Predictions

Sheamus vs Kofi Kingston
Due to the fact that they really didn't promote this match I don't know how well their chemistry will be but I do trust that they will put on a great match and Sheamus will come out the winner. Long live the Celtic Warrior!!
Winner: Sheamus

Michelle McCool vs Layla
I feel that Layla will be the one to lose the match because in my heart of hearts I feel that behind the scenes Michelle might have requested a break from wrestling. Plus I feel in my bones that Kharma(aka Awesome Kong) will be debuting tonight and attack both women. See the losing of a diva gains the dawning of a powerful diva Kharma.
Winner: Layla

Country Whipping Match Jim Ross and The King vs Michael Cole and Jack Swagger
Um, let me think don't care...

Rey Mysterio vs Cody Rhodes
I believe Cody Rhodes will win because of the big (well deserved) I might add push they have been giving Cody since the "nose injury" from Rey Mysterio. Just like Wrestlemania I expect an awesome well developed match.
Winner: Cody Rhodes

Randy Orton vs CM Punk
I predict that CM Punk will pro veil.  He has been the loser in their encounters and lose all his Nexus buddies so now CM Punk is more dangerous because he has nothing to lose.
Winner: CM Punk

Christian vs Alberto Del Rio
Don't know who will win. It's to hard to decide. Both competitors have so much to gain from being champ.

John Cena vs John Morrison vs The Miz
The Miz . It's simple He's Awesome and it's his year.
Winner: The Miz

Triple H focused on WWE Talent Re- Development

At yesterday's shareholders meeting Triple H was introduced as "Senior Adviser of the Chairman's Office" Vince McMahon stated that Triple H would be the leader of WWE's new talent initiative and that the new focus would be to bring in new international stars. Now I know that some people are mad that Triple H has this job that is a crucial role in the product of WWE as a whole but if you look at what he's done so far with the outstanding promos of Kharma aka Awesome Kong who is a big force in Japanese female wrestling and Indy female wrestling such as Shimmer. Everyone is awaiting her arrival and that is always good create a buzz for someone's debut. He also contributing to the great debut and overall look and character of Sin Cara. So maybe HHH having that role in the company and the fact that he was a wrestler can help to bring some excitement to the WWE.

Serena's TNA Tryout Pics!!!

Tna Wrestling News!!!

Scott Steiner Returning to TNA
Scott Steiner was featured on this weeks edition of Monday Night Mayhem, in his interview he expressed his feelings on his eleven month absence by saying that he didn't know why he left and it wasn't his decision. Also that TNA wants to bring him back for the ratings. I myself feel that Mr. Steiner is correct TNA only cares about ratings not good material or building up younger talent so yes Big Poppa Pump will be back.

Serena Tries out for TNA
Former WWE wrestler Serena Deeb Tries out for TNA. Photos have been leak. Hope to have that on this site soon!!!

Kurt Angle returning to the Olympics?
Kurt Angle was recently interviewed and he stated his great interest in wanting to try out for the 2012 Olympics games in London, England. Kurt also stated that being 40 is not old it's the new young. I don't know Kurt if you will make it through the Olympics but I will definitely be watching.

Wrestling Promo of the Day

Great Promo for Match between Jon Moxley vs Austin Aries!!

Heat on a WWE Agent for Cole vs Jerry Lawler

Apparently there is some heat on WWE Agent Dean Malenko on the Cole/Lawler match at Wrestlemania 27. Some people felt that Cole being in control of the match for a long time took too long and screwed up the match. In my opinion every fan already knew that match was going to suck so nobody was really let down. That match gave me time to get some snacks and take a bathroom break like most people did.

There was also a let down feeling backstage as well about the Cena/Miz match with the double countout and restart although approved by Vince Mcmahon it was alot of second guessing going on. Maybe because that was the worst outcome possibly umm yea it was stupid and weird for a Wrestlemania match let alone a Heavyweight Title match.

WWE without the Wrestling?

In the past few years WWE has made it very clear that they want to separate themselves from being known as an Wrestling Organization. They have officially made it so that Wrestling will not be associated with the WWE, only calling the wrestlers "Superstars" and only wanting to be called WWE not  World Wrestling Entertainment. This is not surprising to me because WWE has always wanted to be seen as an "Entertainment" not Wrestling, Since the golden age in the 80's but have they truly turned their backs on the core fans who are not ashamed of being wrestling fans? Are they making this shift to be accepted more by the mainstream media? I let you decide...

Wrestling Clip of the Day

As a growing blog I will feature Wrestling clips of the day, just things that I feel are great moments in the history of Wrestling that I want to share with you. Enjoy!!! Today Amazing Kong vs Sara Del Rey!!

Wrestlemania Matches Promo

Wrestlemania Press Conference

On Wednesday WWE held a press conference for Wrestlemania in Times Square. The Superstars in attendance were John Cena,The Miz,Alberto Del Rio,Edge,Stephanie McMahon and The Rock. This press conference is the last chance for wrestlers to truly deliver speeches that would tell their objectives for Wrestlemania. In these speeches one key element ruined the driven, passionate words of the wrestlers and this element was the fans. While trying to truly absorb what many wrestlers are saying and delivering to the media in attendance the constant cat calls, you suck chants and boos for five minutes straight definately became a nuisance. However with all that being eliminated I believe that the Miz delivered the best speech. He took the fans boos and chants and threw it in their faces. He is constantly proving why he is the champ, he didn't sweat that he was in front of a New York crowd that can be very unpredictable. In this press conferences it was very clear that StephanieMcMahon is in charge of WWE and will change alot of things in the company and will be in the forefront. This move is groundbreaking to see a woman in charge of a wrestling company in the very near future. To move on from Stephanie, Smackdown took over the press conference with Del Rio and Edge. They had the raw, electric excitement that you look for in a Wrestlemania conference and that really helped to build up there match in my eyes. The Rock who of course everyone was waiting for really didn't deliver a great speech to me. All of it wasn't his fault the fans continued to cut him off and he had to pause several time and even told them they had to be quiet to hear what he had to say. Hopefully The Rock will bring it Tomorrow. The best part to me was the booing of reality star Snooki. She needs to know that true wrestling fans see it as a slap in the face that she is in a wrestling match at the most anticipated pay per view and she's done nothing. Overall the press conference was a success and I'm looking forward to Wrestlemania!!

What is the future of the WWE after Wrestlemania?

With Wrestlemania 27 coming up on Sunday a question that many fans are asking is when all the smoke and lights have cleared what will WWE be left with. This Wrestlemania has crammed in so many retired and semi-retired "Attitude Era" Superstars that it has truly put the current young stars on the back burner. WWE still has not modified the company to compliment the wrestlers they have now so to me there is some doubt in my mind that the company will capitalize on their popularity of this star studded Wrestlemania. Sure they have debuts that fans (including me) are looking forward to like Sin Cara and Kong but if they only give them a good buildup for a few weeks and cast them aside then it's useless. This up incoming year WWE should really focus more on the building of the young talent. Despite what some fans think they actually have wrestlers who can be the future of the company. John Morrison has proven on many 2010 and 2011 pay per views that he is  main event  material and why he hasn't been in the spot light on Raw is probably due to backstage politics. I know he isn't amazing on the mic but it has been done before where magically a wrestler who isn't  great on the stick has just gone out and had amazing matches and says very few words or who gets a manager who has the gift of gab. Either scenario will do just put Morrison in the main event spot. On the Smackdown front Dolph Ziggler to me should be the face of Smackdown . He took his self to another level in many peoples eyes in his Royal Rumble match with Edge for the Heavyweight title and also brought back fans to actually pick up the remote and tune into Smackdown. Ziggler is a charismatic, versatile wrestler and to top it off he has Vickie Guerrero as a manager who has gotten more heat than alot of guys in the past few years. Whether you like her or not she is getting a massive reaction from the fans whether it be cheers or boos and that is what wrestling is all about. The women's division needs to be reconstructed. They have some divas on the roster that could actually have great matches but they have been taken off T.V. Natalya, Beth Phoenix,Melina, Tamina (who would single handedly revive the women's division on Raw) and soon Kong if they played their cards right could have an epic rivalry with Beth Pheonix and dare I say main event a pay per view like Summerslam. The last but most important change is to get rid of the creative writers. There needs to be a sense of spontaneity again in wrestling. Let's face it the mic skills that The Rock, Stone Cold or The Undertaker  had during the Attitude Era is not really there now that so why not push the papers aside and let the wrestlers become creative again. The wrestlers can't truly make a character if every single movement and word that comes out of their mouths are dictated by someone who isn't a wrestler and doesn't have a clue about the raw energy of being in front of a live crowd. As I don't know the future of the WWE I will definitely
be watching to see what follows Wrestlemania 27 history be made.

The Big Show:A Giant's World Review

Recently I had the pleasure of watching The Big Show's DVD, "The Big Show:A Giant's World". This DVD chronicled The Big Shows life from his childhood growing up with his dad and loving step sister, to his run in WCW which only happened because Hulk Hogan saw that he could make money off of him,to his debut in the WWE and what the future holds. Okay now that I have you up to speed on the DVD is about let me discuss the things that I felt was good material for the DVD. I love that the documentary went in depth on Big Show's childhood and physical obstacles that he had to go overcome to life a healthy, longer life. I mean at 6 foot 7 he knew he was ordinary. Of course he took a liking to basketball and was very successful at it. Things changed with the death of his dad and he quit playing ball and became a car salesmen, you know the obvious choice. Any who at a basketball charity event he met Hulk Hogan and Hulk immediately saw dollar signs. I enjoyed the segments in which Big Show discusses his time in WCW, (even though I wished it would've been longer). He talks about his training with Triple h and Terry Taylor. How they saw potential in him from the start. He also brought up him getting the Heavyweight title so fast in his career made him feel like he had no more mountains to climb in WCW. How he felt like he didn't have a character. He was just "The Giant". The Documentary zoomed right through WCW and went to his arrival in the WWE. His first impression of WWE was like most wrestlers who went from WCW to WWE which was now they were in the big leagues. He talks of being miserable in the beginning because he felt intimidated by superstars like The Rock, Stone Cold and The Undertaker. Once he went to OVW for more training (after winning the WWE Title) he learned how to be humble again and truly became the athlete he is now. Okay I don't want to give everything away but I most say I enjoyed this DVD very much. It could've been longer but it's so much I can ask for right. So if you're looking for something good to watch enjoy this DVD!!!
